It is not a gender sport in the NCAA. Some teams like TCU have only females and WVU has both. I've known Jon Hammond the WVU coach for several years. He is a very nice gentleman and a great coach. I have 2 rifles from WVU, a KK300 that was his assistant coaches and Jon's personal one, 1913 Anschutz, that he shot in Beijing in the 2008 Olympics. One of our members, Todd Zaun, is the father of Katie Zaun. Katie is a soph. shooting for TCU and is one of the very top shooters in the USA.
I'll be rooting for Katie!

I have been to his shop and the hours flew by, he and I are much alike in our work habits and I wish I could spend more time there but he wouldn't get much done.
