Wrench to fit EC tuner brake

At 70 years old, my hands are riddled with arthritis. I recently purchased an EC Tuner brake to try and it is pretty difficult for me to turn the front knob. Is there a particular wrench which may work? Thanks, I thought I might ask first before making one out of aluminum plate or flat delrin plastic.

How about a strip of rubber or rubberized fabric? Packs better, and still lets you get a good grip on the part you're turning.

My wife put one of those $1-2 sockets with the retractable pins in my stocking last year. It conforms to all shapes when pressed against it.

Didn't think I'd ever use it but I do. This on a small cheap ratchet might do the trick

harbor freight has a channel lock style plier with rubber type jaws-that is what I use on my PMA tuner
