Worth the risk: Rem 700 ?

I've got some RL-15, AR Comp, Varget, H380, H 414, a pretty fair variety, mostly the good stuff for loading over bore. Various RL's, 22,25,19. I just loaded these up to get acquainted with the rifle and cartridge. Stuck an old Scopecheif VI 3x9 on top of it. If it's not freezing, tornadoing, or flooding I'll see if it explodes this weekend. My bench is right next to my barn so its pretty easy to make adjustments in a load. The Grendel is what got me started down this road. I never thought I'd see 1/2" groups from a franken AR 15. I hope this does at least as well.

Well, I finally found a few mins to see what this thing will do. In hindsight I wish I'd put a better piece of glass on it. I think some of the group size is from the cross hairs covering the aiming point. I am pleased, and I feel with some serious work up with powders better suited, this rifle will shoot very well.
Lapua 6BR brass, CCI 400, IMR 4227, Hornady 58gr VMax. No chronograph testing, this was just a sight it in, shoot some groups endeavor. So here is my newly acquired rifle and the accompanying groups. Full spread measured with calipers - .243 for ctc group. I have no doubt that just about anything I load for this will be capable of taking coyotes out of the census. 6BR Rifle.jpg6BR target.jpg
