That's how we do it. As a family. Youngest is 6 and really getting into shooting now. We're not BR people really; just shooters.Jonbearman, a number of years ago I introduced a judge from Maryland to benchrest. We met at supershoot. After a day at Kelbly's he asked me the average age of the women in benchrest. I told him I didn't know but he had seen a sampling. He said he was going back to motorcycling and those women. Now, that's not to say the ladies shown here fall into the category that the judge met but, if we expect to get young men into Benchrest, we need to get young men involved. True story. Ask Pat Hurley.
I must edit my message as I did not say all that right.
If we want more young men in the sport, we need to recruit more young women. We could also bring Mrs. and the kids; the family that shoots together, stays together.
