Wolf rifle stock and robertsoncomposite

Does any body know how to get in touch with those stock makers?
I tried to e-mail and call but not getting through.
Wrong number or e-mail ?

Thanks

The assets of Robertson Composite were purchased by a BR shooter from Billings MT... last I heard (3-4 months ago) they were still working on getting the stuff across the border, but once that was complete he was intending on working up to full scale production.

it will be until winter as he is quite busy moving into his new facility/home and getting new moulds made and so on

he iw really happy but it all takes time, when he is ready he will announce production runs Jefferson

According to my builder last week, the buyer of Robertsons has no intention of re-opening in MT as originally planned. They have all his molds and have pretty much shafted a lot of builders.

cory might you be so kind as to tell the world who your builder is and what was really said, I am a close friend of the billings OWNER OR THE BANKRUPTCY ASSESTS OF the old Robertson Composites Inc,

and as they were sold by way of COURT ORDER in Bankruptcy the sorry piece of crap you call a gun builder has NO LEGAL RIGHTS WHATSOEVER and has been told that, it is a shame the so called gun builder did not take his stand in the courts, a 3 page affidavit would have protected his rights, (but there was no contract with the old company, just a agreement to send all finished stocks stocks of that design to the USA so they could be marketed there)

just sour grapes as the gun builder had no money to bid or buy the assests,

and one of them just lost a contract for a major business in BC canada and was whining about that as well,

please stop spreading rumours or tell the world who you are so I can sue your sorry butt off

he has built a few already, and sent them to a action maker for inspection and he says "wow", some of the best work he has ever seen,

but he does not want to have an interview for a shooting mag (been called 3 times) until he is ready, he is rebuilding moulds, bought a new place (twice or 3 times the cost of most houses), done duct work, built cupborads, experiment with new materials, and so on, I just get upset with the internet heroes that spout stuff that is just untrue,

he has gotton lots of calls and perfers not to get ahead of himself, (gee a real business man),

once again this has been answered a fe times and then the so -called expurts shut up and do not ever answer the folow up questions,

and no exports in 2013 for sure, as who wants to pay about 3200 bucks for the RIGHT to have your products exported when the USA demand will outstrip supply,

and yes I am the J in JTR

it will be until Xmas or later, he is busy will many things and to get out a dozen stocks is just not on his priority list,

you guys in the USA do not realize how lucky you are that he bought it and took the assests to the USA so no more import hassels or exchange rate blues, just pays your money and enjoy once they are in full production

I could post pics but he wants the first publicity to be in a mag, understandably so, and he would prefer NOT to respond as he will be inundated with questions and would prefer to just work instead (mmmmmm I think the gunsmiths who are really good sometimes do not want to talk on the phone for hours but prefer to get the job done)

I have no idea who JTR is, and did not ask nor comment about it. I was only curious about whether or not the stocks would be available again. Sorry I asked.

I have seen one of the pre-production stocks built by the new owner of Robertson, at a local benchrest match. and was told that the new owner wants to further refine his process before going into production. Frankly, I was impressed with the stock, and the fact that the new owner has what are apparently very high standards, because the one that I saw looked pretty good to me, as it was.

Back in the day when Robertson stocks were new to short range benchrest, Speedy Gonzales had a customer who owned a large business that had the equipment to digitally scan 3D objects. The customer bought one of each of the stocks that were available at the time, and scanned them all. At the time, Speedy told me that the Robertson was the straightest, by a significant margin. From that time forward, I heard nothing but favorable reports on those stocks. For the above stated reasons, I look forward to their reintroduction. This is not to say that there are not other fine stock makers, just that this one should be a fine addition if the new ones are like the old.
