I've been using Wipe-Out for a few years. I really like it. Only real drawback is that it must sit in the bore from several hours to overnight. Their Accelerator makes it work faster, but it's still not the trick if you're cleaning at the range between matches.
Wipe-out is the best foam bore cleaning product. I consider it an "must-have" for any shooter. 3-4 hours dwell time works for me, preceded by 3-4 wet patches through the bore to get the loose carbon out.
The makers of WipeOut have just released a new liquid product, Patch-out, which can be used for quick cleaning at the range. We will test it as soon as we can get some.

And this article by Jason on using a tube to apply Wipe-out through the breech,I prefer to put a rod guide in place, then squirt through the muzzle, but the tube method works better with larger bores):
Thanks for the great info, how to use, and how long to wait.
When I used it the other day I made a mess and one hour didn't seem to be enough time. I reapplied it and I still wasn't sure I left it in long enough.
Editor:
Your product reports and use procedures are much appreciated. The Wipe-Out folks should use them at their site.
1. Put bore guide, with o-ring chamber seal) in place.
2. Put shop rag over comb of stock.
3. Stick plastic end of can right in muzzle,it fits a 6mm just about perfect).
4. One very short squirt,on/off immediately). Then wait a couple seconds, and then maybe give a 1 full second squirt and stop. Watch the end of the bore guide. If you just see a little foam at the tail end, you're good to go.
I generally re-apply,just as before) in one-hour. This is just to re-saturate the bore before patching out. 4 hours total dwell time does the job for me. With other barrels you may need more time.
Note, Wipe-Out Liquifies after a while. You can squirt some in a film canister before you go to the range and it will be liquid in an hour or so. You can then use this liquid to start the cleaning when you do your wet patching. That way you don't need to carry any other solvents with you.
,I DO always carry something like Eezox to Wipe-Down and protect the exposed metal parts on my gun, and you should always have some bolt grease with you.)
Y'know, I'll be the first one to tell you I could be the problem, but I've sure have different experiences...
After hearing compelling anecdotes from a few people, I got myself a can of wipe-out. I tried using it several times and in several ways...,I discovered that the stuff de-foams after time and as such does no adhere to the upper part of the barrel so I tried inverting the cleaner-filled barrel for 50% of the time)
I tried leaving it for various periods of time - including overnight. Yes, the patches came out indigo, but when I put Sweets in the bore with a mop and no bore brush,AFTER Doing a complete clean with wipe-out)and allowed that to sit for 20 minutes, I got patches out that were as dark or darker.
I have no confidence that it removes copper fouling as well as more mainstream cleaners. I have not tried the accelerator.
obtunded - your rifle obviously has a LOT of copper in it When you use up all the chemical in the compund, it can't work any more...try accelerator and 30min dwells...if you get blue on the 3rd soak, i'd be REALLY surprised.

I have been using Sweets and Butch's for years on many many different rifles, and I clean after every match. The Wipe-out patches have never been as dark as those with Sweets, which prompted me to clean with Sweets afterwards to see.
Being someone that is always looking at a way to increase the beer-to-rifle-cleaning ratio, I was willing to give Wipe-out a try, but I get consistent and predictrable results using the time-honoured cleaning methods. I am glad you can get it to work, but I have decided it is not for me, and I'm not saving anything by buying cleaners and accelerators.
Try Something: Clean normally with sweets etc., then soak it overnight in wipeout...let me know what color the first patch is...if it is white, you pass
I use WO mostly due to lack of smell and lack of required elbow grease. I have no heavy foulers, so it has worked well for me.
