Winter storage guns

Unfortunately, here in WI, Oct. means end of shooting season fairly quickly here. This is my first year storing a custom krieger barrel over the winter months. Normally, I do my regular cleaning and as my last coating on the inside of the barrel and exterior surfaces I use Eezox. Would anyone recommended something different for barrel coating and exterior surface coating for custom barrel? Obviously, the working guns I'm not nearly as finicky about what I put into them.

Especially interested in Montana Bore Conditioner, Rig Gun Grease, maybe CLP, or other recommendations. Also, any feedback on Iosso Gunbrite Rust Preventative for the exterior. A lot of guys have said they like it, but is it really necessary for a gun that doesn't see anything but benchrest and humidity controlled safe storage.

Just oil the bore like normal with a oil that protects like clp and I just lightly oil the outside with any good oil.I use marvel mystery oil and I have never had a problem.

Wow, you take better care of your stuff than I do of mine. That eezox is supposed to be the best rust preventative you can buy. My only suggestion would be: if you're going to coat the barrel, store it muzzle down.
