Winners...both!

My two grandsons shooting from 1000 yards today with rifles chambered in 6.5x47 Lapua. Britton, the closer in photo is 14 and his brother Connor to his left is 12. Britton was CONSISTENTLY hitting a 6" diameter AR400 plate shooting a 130 gr. Berger VLD target bullet with 38.0 grs. Varget and BR4 primer. Connor's rifle needs a new barrel so he was having a little of a hard time but was staying on an 8" swinger. Both boys quarterbacks for their football teams.

Nothing better then the feeling you get with your grand kids shooting. Your the MAN.
Today at my grand daughter 15 birthday We made plans to take my 5 year old great grand son shooting. I will post 4 generations of us. Keep up the great work. Larry

SPOILED ROTTEN!!!! I love it. I had a Model 90 Winchester pump action and 410 Mosberg... Looks like these boys got some high end gear to shoot.
And I had to walk up hill to school both ways with a hot Potatoe in my hands to keep them warm and Bread bags in my boots to keep them dry....

Good to see them out having a nice day with Gramps. Hope there are many more to come.

Mike Dunia
THE nicest person in the shooting sports hands down... Had the pleasure of spending a month in Australia with him in 2011 for the Palma/World Championships.
