Winchester Mod 70 Ultra match trigger adjustment

I have a early 1970s Model 70 Ultra Match that i picked up many years ago (looks unfired). This is the model that was built by the Winchester custom shop and has 2 holes in the tang for trigger adjustment. I was wondering if anyone had the directions on how to adjust the trigger?

i did not want to just start experimenting.
