I am second owner and had Oregon Mountain Rifle (OMR) do the chamber/barrel.
1 in 8 twist
.296 neck
.081 free bore
Trigger and stock work from 1st owner, smith not known.

Shot this past weekend.
5 shot group at 100 yards.
Target is 1” on a side squares.

And that’s using factory ammunition. I haven’t done any load development beyond buying the match die set. The muzzle velocity above was measured….a bit higher (3 %) than stated on the factory box.
 
Short action…hence Short Action Ultra Magnum. Feeds super smoothly. In fact, since it’s Controlled Round Feed, you have to feed from the magazine even for single shots. You’ll never drop a round in the dirt.
