F-Class does not require a higher level of precision than a sniper. What is your point?
Precision is more about shooting small groups. Accuracy is hitting center of target. Of course F-Class requires both to win because it’s only the score that matters which is highest in the center of the target. A sniper strives for the same exact thing. Precision and accuracy. Difference is that a military snipers rounds landing on target where he needs them can be the difference between life and death of his fellow soldiers in the field so I can guarantee his “requirement” for precision and accuracy is insanely higher than anyone shooting paper for fun. What’s the downside if you miss the 10 ring on a F-Class target? Nothing really. A sniper misses his shot, other people can die.
Not saying that all snipers shoot rifles that are more accurate or precise than long range competition shooters, but the pressure to make the correct shot placement is much higher. I just think the analogy and wording you used was wrong
