.038" difference between neck diameter, and bullet. Thats some pretty thick neck at .019". Would you leave them that thick after neck-down, or trim? jd
 
I'll update it when I get a Reamer Print. But I'm pretty sure it's going to stay rather thick due to the nature of how you make it.

Have done some wildcatting, myself.

I’m wondering whether a generously spec’d .284Win die ( perhaps a seater die ) might be useable as a case forming step; towards arriving @ 7mm final?

Have read of individuals who state they have mechanically-formed 30* shoulder angles. Choice “B” is to set the formed cases’s shoulder location to accommodate the cases being fire-formed to the 30* shoulder angle you seek.
