Why are suppressors not legal in F-class?

I'm curious as to why the NRA doesn't allow suppressors in F-class matches. I'm just wanting to know how they would give a shooter an advantage if any. From my experience you have to do a load work up the same as any other rifle. I'm really curious because I started with a 6.5cm suppressed at my local 1k match and was probably allowed because I wasn't any good. As I got better, I switched to the longer barreled 7mm with a tuner which I now prefer but never understood why suppressors weren't allowed.

Muzzle break not allowed because of proximity of other shooter and the blast causing isssues like kicking up dust, shooting prone. I’m not sure about suppressors other than they reduce recoil… but we are allowed to use RAD recoil systems….

So, the. question begs wondering.
Should the previously passed in the House Bill too remove suppressors from NFA get through the Senate will suppressors be allowed in all 50 states?
Are F-Class matches popular In Europe? Suppressors (moderators) are quite plentifully used there and, in fact, almost a requirement. How would they handle this in Europe?

It is my understanding that suppressors are now legal in NRA matches, at least in states where ownership is legal. I assume F-class falls under NRA highpower rules. On the other hand I have seen no-one using one this year. It's doubtful they add anything to accuracy, especially if you have your rifle tuned like you should.

Good news!

Late Saturday night, January 11, 2025, the NRA Board of Directors voted unanimously to approve the use of suppressors in High Power Rifle competitions conducted under the NRA High Power Rifle Rules in those jurisdictions in which the possession of suppressors by private individuals is legal.

Generally speaking, you may now use your suppressors in NRA High Power Rifle competition - where legal.

The real question is "why didn't you even attempt to use the forum search" for the last half dozen times this exact same question was asked?
I did and did not see anything that answered my question. Maybe I didn't use the right words for the search, I don't know. So, I asked the question. There is no reason to try to discourage a newcomer from asking questions.

F-Class no longer falls under highpower and has their our rulebook and committee which did not approve suppressor use.

That will be left up the the State legislators to be decided on a state-by-state basis. I suspect it would hard to argue the infringement on the 2nd Amendment since it is an accessory, much like magazine capacity limits. But I'm not an attorney.

Since John Sigler is the F-class advocate on the board I would assume that he also pushed for suppressors in F-class. We are allowing them in our club matches but so far none have showed up this year.

Thank you Memilanuk that was helpful. I searched "suppressors in f-class" but had spelled it with one p on accident instead of 2 p's that's why not much came up in the search.
