Blair limit is .35cal in NRA and .30cal in CMP. Although ranges like Camp Perry and others are not allowing anything with the name magnum because of SDZs and stuff anymore. Is anything over .30 caliber legal in NRA Long Range or F-class shooting?

Yes it is.Is it?
I've used suppressors as a necessary tool, but I spent 44 years working with 2 federal agencies and I'm with you brother, no good reason to shine a light on yourself.I won’t even consider one myself, for any gun, so long as they require an application.
The rule does not apply to F-Class, only those rifles that fall within the NRA High Power Rifle Rules - in other words "sling".This will be interesting for F-class.

F-Class has its own set of rules and its own rule book.
Can you please explain the reasoning of separating the rule books. Other than different rules for rifle types (which exists in high-power with Any, Palma, Service, Match, etc.) everything else is the same other than say the 7 second delay and classification percentages. IMHO it seems like creating a separate rulebook was an answer in search of a problem. The rule does not apply to F-Class, only those rifles that fall within the NRA High Power Rifle Rules - in other words "sling".

It’s the NRA.snip. IMHO it seems like creating a separate rulebook was an answer in search of a problem.
When you only get 700-800 rounds out of a 338 barrel, yeah they will care. That’s for ELR, FClass accuracy requirements could differ to lower numbers for barrel life. So again, is it?Yes it is.
People used to pull 6.5x284 barrels at like 1k rounds when it was more popular. AMU would at ~700.When you only get 700-800 rounds out of a 338 barrel, yeah they will care. That’s for ELR, FClass accuracy requirements could differ to lower numbers for barrel life. So again, is it?
Already legal in NRA AR-Tactical…..I believe that started being officially allowed last year. I saw several being utilized at the NRA Mid-Range Nationals. What about Mid-range AR Tactical? That class that is neither fish nor fowl.
