And now the "Twindels" are ready to shoot! One of twin Borden BBs we put together but have yet to shoot, but can't wait! Just need the range to get open...ammo loaded and ready to rock.
I just picked up a Howa Mini in trade a couple of weeks ago. The guy I got it from had put it into a B&C stock and said he couldn't get it to shoot under an inch. I bedded the action and gave it a good cleaning then mounted up a 6-18 Nikon for load development. So far I am very happy with it. 85gr Sierra Varminter HP over 29.0gr of H4895 in Hornady brass at 2743fps. If only I didn't yank that 5th shot I would have had a wallet group from a rifle I picked up for a steal. The only bad thing is Sierra discontinued this bullet, so after the couple hundred, I have left its back to the drawing board.
Ruger predator bolt 8 twistI have mine all finished now and will post a pic when I can. Made up some break-in rounds with extras for sighting in the scope. Loaded 123gr Hornady SST's over 30.0gr of CFE223 in Starline brass. Hoping to try her out this weekend...

16" Bartlein 8t
R700
Feeds perfectly from an AICS 7.62 mag. AA2200 with 95s produce 2950fps, 2.1mil to 420y, shoots under half minute at 400y.
What are you guys using for brass? I have been using Starline and running into issues with it "work hardening" and causing major issues with neck tension. I'm having to anneal it every third reload. All my other rifles using Hornady and/or Lapua brass I'm only annealing every 5 or 6 reload, but even then I see no change in performance but the Starline brass the accuracy goes to shit and my SD numbers go off the chart.Hey Lefty try 27gr TAC with the 123 SST and forgetabout it. ( X-Caliber 20 inch barrel )

No it is not. The 260 Remington is based off 7.62x51 308Win the 6.5Grendel is based off of the Russian 7.62x39 and PPC case. You can not fit a Remington 260 into an AR15 platform at all but the 6.5Grendel fits easily. Different in every way other than they are both centerfire cartridges that burn smokeless powder and fire a 6.5mm bullet. The 6.5 Grendel is just a fancy name for a 260 Remington. So ask the same question for a 260 Remington. The 260 Remington is a great cartridge out to 1000 yards.
