Who makes this muzzle brake?

It sure looks like what comes from the factory on a Barrett 82. I'm pretty sure Barrett makes it
I thought so too but I can't find it on their website and no one answers the phone when I call so I thought a post on here might lead me to one for sale.

Arent the armilite breaks like that? I shot a 338 lapua with one. They work, best break reduction ive ever shot. It felt like a 22-250.

I like the looks of the one in the picture better than the armalite and I think it would be lighter to.
I'm wanting one for a 24" 338

If you look close at the photo's of the Ohio ordnance break it appears to have seams ie two pieces, thus the 4 loops at the thread end for bolts to help clamp the thread area to the barrel ??
Do a u tube search if there is such a thing on muzzle break tests.
One thing to keep in mind is the OD of you barrel at the muzzle. Most break makers have "suggestions" on the size threads they put in their breaks based on the caliber of the rifle
ALL break makers put out a lot of hype on how their break is the best at everything, I've only come across one that tests his breaks against other breaks http://www.muzzlebrakesandmore.com/The_Beast.php

Jay, the brake in your pic is a Barrett. Pic in the link is the same photo.

On YouTube, search "Dean Maisey". Look at his "muzzlebrake testing part 1-2-3-4-5" (5 separate videos). Comparing his brakes against a bunch of others. Saw his videos & recoil sled long before I saw Nathan's. I don't own any of his brakes, just pointing out some other testing for you.
