I can't tell any difference between Lee and RCBS shell holders
I form cases for short chambers, the RCBS allows me to shorten a case from the shoulder to the case head .012". with some of the Lee shell holders I have I can shorten the case .016".
Then there are cases that have been hammered, I have shell holders that are tight, cases that have been hammered with heavy loads have upset case heads. When case heads have upset heads I use loose shell holders like the RCBS and Lee. I have cases that have been fired with heavy loads that will not fit my tight shell holders, A case that fails to fit s shell holder after reloading is a sign the case was fired high pressure.
I was asked to help form cases for bench rest type rifles, I was asked to bring the other #4 RCBS shell holder, I brought a small ball peen hammer called a gasket cutter.
