Ron, I bought some Eley ammo from gunbroker and it shoots extremely well out of my Anschutz. I think I paid 145 dollars for 2000 rounds. I see the price has went up to 170 dollars. That still makes it less than 5 dollars a box. I think thats pretty good

ammunitiontogo.com, is usually not only the cheapest, but also generally has it in stock. 140 per case, with real world shipping cost, was what it was last time I checked.
the remmy is made by eley, with a remmy label on it; I have a sneaking suspicion, that any mach 2 round built by eley, that does not live up to it's strictest standards, especially for runout lenght, gets put into a remmy box. I cannot prove it, just my suspicions. Eley finally decided to really standardize runout, overall lenght of carts, to help some of the mach 2 chamber/bbl guys, use eley as their standard, so they can better make their bbls/chambers.

Eley does make Remington, but it is black tip, not blue tip, so I don't think it is the 'sorted bad stuff'.
However, I suspect the Rem stuff IS made at the end of production runs or when the machines need to be adjusted. The Remington I purchased from Natchez was worse than my lots of Eley in terms of COAL variance and run-out.
But that isn't saying much. Among the blue-tip Eley, OAL varried from 9.975 - 1.003', and typical run-out was .004 measured on bullet, with run-out up to .012 on some cases. LOTs of cases with .006-.007 run-out.

From the box Rem is 'Primed' by Eley but I don't think it is made by Eley as it does not shoot or smell like Eley.
