which stock for a lightweight hunting rifle.

I took Alex suggestion to try the mcmillan hunter and I really like it. Great all purpose hunting stock that shoulders/holds great off hand and have had no issues prone either.
 
I wanted a really light 7mm08 and I'm just about done building it on a Model 7 action with Krieger #0 bbl. I snagged a Manners UC for it with the AIC mag cutout and metal on ebay last year and just finished bedding it. Will be shooting it soon before it goes in for cerakote or NP3 (havent decided yet).

I really like that Manners UC stock because I like the skinny wrist grip on it so when you have gloves on its really easy to grip. I've also got a Fieldcraft in 7mm08 but really hate the thick wrist grip on it but its a tack driver and ive taken 2 nice muleys with it, one at 225 yds. I wish Manners made a stock for the Fieldcraft!!
