which one to choose?

Well my first thread on hear and I am looking for some serious advice. I have a tikka 595 master sporter in 22-250 which I would like to rebarrel and I have come down to a couple of calibres that I am interested in. It is to be a dual purpose rifle, for long range varminting and for the smaller deer species we get in the UK ie roe and muntjac, at extended ranges if necessary. It may also get a bit of a go at long range target shooting. I would like to be able to utilise a 308 magazine in the rifle and it is a short action. The two calibres I have been looking at are:
243 ackley
6-6.5x47lapua
I would like to shoot the 105 bergers or 115 bergers, I was hoping that someone on here may be able to offer advice on these bullets and also some data.
I am open to suggestions on other potential cartridges and the merits of them versus those above, and obviously the merits of the two listed above.
There was one other cartridge that I do not know anything about but I am sure someone on here has already tinkered with 257-6.5x47 lapua, anyone done this have they had much luck with it again for 115 grain bergers?
Also what barrel length would you go for I am thinking 24 inches sendero profile?

6mm BR. Why create so much more work for yourself?

Yes either the 6mm br or the 6X47 Lapua will both work great. The 6x47 will get at least 200 FPS more if not 300 then the br. Its easy to do just necking it straight down from the parent 6.5x47 and running it. Great brass life and it runs only about 50-100 fps less then the 243 ai. So no reason to go through the process of forming your brass. If your partial to the 25 calibers then i see no problem with running it as well. The 47 case is about a efficient as it gets for the smaller calibers.
