Which moly powder do you use to coat your bullets?

For those that moly coat there own bullets which powder do you use, what is the cost, and what is the particle size of the powder?

Have used NECO's for years. Supposedly one of the purest. Results have been excellent as far as cleaning and no loss in accuracy.

Just a side note,you will have to rework your charges as the moly is so slippery it actually decreases your speed.You will in the long run have to go up about 1/2 to 1 grain and be careful,looking for pressure signs like normal.

Which moly do you use? I'm interested in knowing what powder everyone is using to coat there bullets.

In use Lyman Super Moly, Midway sells it, works fine.

I am also using the Lyman super fine grade moly powder to coat my bullets. The cost was $19.95 for a 6 ounce bottle at a local shop. I have also switched to the wet method and they come out beautiful.

I use the Lyman super moly, $20 to $25 with shipping. I also use the wet method, got a cheap rock tumbler from harbor freight, put your bullets in, just cover with water and 1/2 teaspoon of moly.

+1 on the wet process, using Lyman Moly, i do in small batches of 40 - 50 in small container inside empty Lyman tumbler, works great, very even coverage, no mess, just be sure to well dry them when finished

That's right, put the wax away. It is a enemy of the seating die.
I have been using the NECO moly.

Have used NECO's for years as well. One thing I have found is that tumbling the bullets in Dawn before the coating to remove oil helps out. ;D
