Which custom action?

I am saving my pennies for a custom F class gun. Which custom action:
Stolle
Ross
BAT
Borden
other? I ruled out Nesika due to the many I see sitting on my gunsmith's bench with problems.
Thanks for the advice.

Barnard Action made in New Zealand search it up on Google or go to the following site for all specs.

Sorry, but that is one ugly piece of kit!:, Why can't these highly accurate actions look good too guys?? If Baer can make a rifle rest thats a piece of art I'm all for a rifle action looking just as pretty when sitting atop one! Guess though some folks aren't worried about this aesthetics thing.

Pretty ain`t always good what you see on the outside don`t mean its a good fit just check out some of the women walking the streets, Might look good but Ohhh Boy talk about sloppy action hahaha.

Barnard actions/triggers are hard to beat out of the box.

Anything else useing a Remington patern trigger is lacking.

do not rule out Jerry Stillers actions such as the big python, diamondback and viper etc. will run with any of the custom action. Comes with trigger guard and tapered rings for $1000. Can get in any bolt and port configuration and uses rem triggers.

They can be beautiful. Buy a BAT! The Multi-Flat Bat IMO is the prettiest action money can buy. What I like even more about it is that they are trouble free and shoot like a house of fire. I've owned others and now I make my own. If Nesika's were free and Bat's were $5000, I'd use a Bat for my next gun.,owned both)

Kelbly's are a well made, and WELL designed) action as well tho I don't own any of them.

I have a Borden TPE/Nesika and have no problems with it. Really like it, bought it over the Stolle, mostly because it was all steel and the Stolle is AL.

4mesh,what model did you have from Nesika and what were the problems with it?

I just may do that for my next center fire project: The 6X47SM necked down to 22. Should whistle along rather nicely!

What a pity BAT don't make a similarly cute rimfire sporter action as this project comes first.

Ballistic -- you may want to send him a PM or email regarding that, cause it will take up a lot of bandwidth if posted ;)

In SA and Namibia the barrel and not the action is licenced - pretty stupid. What is the situation in Australia and NZ? How does the Barnard action compares to say Bat, Nesika, Stolle for use in F Class?

Universal gun registration in New Zealand was voted out just recently, after threats that it would take place. Finally, some common sense prevailed!

Not sure on the situation in Aussie, though I know that their handgunners had been delt a heavy blow by having semi auto's banned.

Michael.

I was wondering what all the problems have been with Nesika actions?I just ordered a Nesika K action for a varmint rifle. After reading these posts I am wondering if I made a mistake.
