Josh, in 2007 I put a 30br barrel on my ppc bolt face Panda. I have shoot that rifle as a 6ppc, 30 br, 243, 6brx, and 6.5 x47. I had a friend rebate rims for me on 150 cases in o7 so I could use it as a 30 br . Several years later I had Kelblys open the bolt face. Now for this winters 200 yd Score matches, as last WINTER, I have taken off the BRX barrel and reinstalled that 2007 30 br barrel. I am still shooting that same brass from 07 with somewhere north of 6000 rounds on it. I have a newer 30 barrel but that early one is the better of the 2. I have about 2500 rounds on the newer barrel, yes with that same brass. Quick and easy to change a barrel. Oh, it was a used 6ppc when I bought it in 1999. It has done a lot of winning, and still going strong. Switch barrels work very well.I’ve bought a few used guns that came with a 30 br barrel and a 6ppc barrel. Seems other guys were doing both score and group with the same gun and just switching barrels. Pretty good way to go, economically speaking. I had a Hall set up that way. The previous owner had rebated the rims on the 30br brass to fit better in the ppc bolt face.
