Which Bushing neck die to get

This is compounded by the fact that after you do this, you still don’t know what the final ID is.

I've heard that Measuring helps solve that problem 8)

Size a few cases then measure the ID's. Similar ID's will pretty much marginalize the issue of uneven annealing. Change mandrel until you get the desired ID for the neck tension you desire.

As I see it, the LCD is a perfect solution for those who don't neck turn or want to use an expander (mandrel or ball) in their process.

Get your brass hotter when you anneal, watch for the flame to turn orange just as the case is leaving the flame. It sounds like your under annealing.

Yes indeed, but how do you measure the IDs precisely? Don't get me wrong as I love the LCD too but I don't think it is a solution for poor annealing.

+1 on this idea....I think some or many of us are afraid of ruining the case with over annealing but end up under annealed.

I put 750 tempilaq in the neck on a few cases to get time in flame down correctly.
