Virgin Starline are very low in h20 case capacity. I’d stick with LC. When converting cases from 223 to 17-223AI LC gave me the most consistency.

I just got my Starline 556 brass. I weighed about 30 random pieces. From 99.5gr to 100.3gr.Im pretty sure i read somewhere that newer starline 556 now has capacity closer to LC\lapua. I have 1500 pieces of the starline i shoot it in 2 tikkas in 223 and a 556 gas gun. So far so good.
I took 250 of the once fired starline and repurposed for my new 223 AI barrel. That will make the 4th gun I use it in. In fact just finished processing it yesterday. I'll probably be posting some results on here in the next couple weeks.

If you search for starline 556 and my posts you should find a spreadsheet with results of 500 556 starline i weighed in the first batch which came in bags of 50 a out 1.5 years ago. I got a thousand in bulk but direct from starline 6 months ago but didn't weigh. Did inspect all flash holes and i only found a handful looked like they might have a burr. I decided the prairie dogs and jack rabbits wont notice. Still have 250 in reserve. Might be dead before I need more 556 brass...I just got my Starline 556 brass. I weighed about 30 random pieces.
