which barrel

I want to shoot the berger 155,s and the 185 juggernauts , would the correct twist be 1/11?, i dont want to go to the heavier bullets , this is for my 308 FTR

My HG is a HAMMER with a 1-12 twist shooting 200 grain Hybrids. My 1-11 twist tubes love the 210 and 215's. I can't see why a 1-11 won,t work with the lighter bullets you listed.

thanks for the replies, am i right in saying that the 1/11 would be the most suitable twist for the 155 and the 185 bergers, i have a 1/12 and it is excellent with the 155,s but not the 185,s , it doesn't matter which i go for now once i get the most suitable, thanks again.
