Which annealer ??

XXPER

Silver $$ Contributor
I would appreciate any suggestion on which annealer to buy. Please include you likes and dislikes.

Thank you,
Jim

Get a Benchsoure. Buy once, cry once. You'll be glad you got one and your brass will be happy you did too.

Strictly one man's opinion here but were I in the market (for my needs a torch, drill & deep socket's adequate) the list top would be the Giraud:

I can't seeing spending $$$ on a device that, though impressive in design and construction, still requires constant attention to feed fresh cases.

Can the Giraud be adjusted to anneal 30 br cases which are only 1.5 inches in length.

Thank you,
Jim

The Giraud annealer can easily do the short cartridges such as 6ppc and 30br - look at the other post on the Giraud annealer as I added a clip on this subject.

Does everything from my 45-70s to my 223s with no parts to change,

Benchsource - Easy to set up, easy to use, very repeatable. I have lent mine to three friends and they all agree.

I would like to thank all that posted their suggestions.
I am now leaning towards the Bench source.

Thanks again
Jim

You might take a look at the ballistics edge annealers as I have one and it works quite well.
