which 22 rifle for what range shooting ?

I have a Remington 541 custom sporter rifle and a Savage MK II BVSS with bull barrel. I want to set one up for 50 yds and the other for 100 yds. Which one would be better for each of these ranges ?

Shoot them both at 50 yards and 100 yards test different ammo. You will find the real life answer. Nobody can tell you what one is better over the computer

Given ammo both guns “like”, my money is on the Savage at both 50 & 100.

Sure i can.

The one you have is always better until your groups are unacceptable; then the one you want is the better one. Repeat process until safe is full, or funding is cut.

Test ammo, more range time, and have fun!
