Where to start w/powder, 6 x 47 Lapua?

we now have 150 rounds down a new gun and it is shooting half moa and the speed is up to 3100fps with 40gr h-4350. we did a new load today with berger 105 hybreds with 40gr h-4350 and shot at 900yds and it did into half moa with 2 different shooters. love this gun. the only problem is it outshoots the programs we have run for it but who cares we can make it work.
I took mine up to 39.1 and found another node. Did 3009 fps and did 3/4 moa at 1000. Still like to see half moa at 1000 though.

I know this is supposed to be about powder. But!
Have any of y'all ever had a rifle that did not like the yello box Bergers?
Both of my 6x47Ls. Will shoot 105Vlds good @ 38.5 and 39.0 grns if H4350 but when I try any of the "target" pills. I might as well be shooting buckshot!!
Figured I'd ask?

What kind of barrel, twist, length, and bore diameter if you know it?
Also what is your coal?

H4350 start around 37gr work up to 40gr, if you're using the 105 hybrids they like a jump between 10-20 thou. You should be good to go

I just shot my new 6×47 I built, 28", HV Kreiger, 7.5 tw, 4 groove, Savage 12, H4350 39.0gr, 105 Berger Target, cci 450, it was shot and clean for 20 rounds, .450 moa @200yd, 3,010, now, I have to do some ladder tests, but thanks everyone for a great advice and a great starting spot!!

In my new 6×47 I built, with a 29" 1.25 Bartlien, 7.5 tw, BAT "B" action and H4350 @ 36.4g, 105 Berger VLD, cci 450, at .010" off the lands - shoots .25 moa really consistently. Best 5 shot group was .108" @ 100 yards. Won the local 600 yard f-open match with it first time out - with a 592-20x. Never chrony checked it, no need to! Hadnt shot it beyond 100 yards before the match either! Point being, you dont have to run it at the top of the charge range to have great results. Glad that I looked for a lower node. I dont get near as tired with that low charge weight over a 39-40g charge either.
