Beautiful example of the quintessential 22 revolver.
Southern white rhino is doing pretty well. Northern white is functionally extinct. The black is endangered. Indian rhino is vulnerable but ok.Elephants and rhinos are far from endangered, threatened maybe. The SA PHs and their associations have done a great job protecting these animals. I saw large amounts of both of these on my hunts.
He was not correct and accurate, you can’t hunt endangered species!… I’m sure he’s not stupid enough to share illegal photos!… I myself have no desire to hunt those type of animals but to those that do….. kudos to them. Joshb is 100% spot on!…

All -That’s a straight up business gun.
Good looking rig and I REALLY like the grip. Whose is it?All -
Here is a pic of my customized M-520 in its Ken Null strong-side ultra high ride holster.
I directed Ken to keep the cylinder located above the top of my belt.
Note… the fwd muzzle rake. This allows a straight out draw of the gun, while keeping
my wrist and forearm in-line w/ the bore.

Originally only inline while reading the thread. I went back now for the selected and then enlarged view. I wish I could get a set for my GP100. I'd almost rethink my choice and switch to the 627 PC if it was the only way to run a set of those.Leo -
Did you already view the pics I included w/ post response #43, dated 12 Dec ?

I asked the moderator why they don't have a Creedmore section. I think he said it would cost too much to create. Just ask in the reload section I don't anyone would object.Isn't there any hand gun shooter's in this forum?
Nice! I have a 686-4 and a 66-4 and I am missing a 629-4. Gonna have to get one now that I have been smitten with 'revolveritis'. I would mount a 1 moa Triji on it. Do you think I would be best off with an 8 in bbl to mitigate recoil and squeeze out a few more fps? I would pretty much shoot it off bags at distance.A few of my 629's.
I’ve been shooting an 8 inch barreled 629 for over 40 years. It sure doesn’t feel long when I shoot it. It’s nice to have a little more weight out front and the longer sight line helps. I’ve never wished I bought I a shorter version. (Yup, it was the movie that made me.)Nice! I have a 686-4 and a 66-4 and I am missing a 629-4. There is a cherry -4 on GB that JDavis and Sons in Mo has for 1500. Think i'll grab it! They only sell super nice and rare firearms,.I’ve been shooting an 8 inch barreled 629 for over 40 years. My model 19 in 357 is a 6” and it’s fine at that length.
