where have all the primers gone

Ok I know this has been talked to death, but all I need is 2000 Federal Match large rifle primers and Magnums. I mean WTF is still going on.
Instead of Federals what are my other choices for 6.6x284 and 338 Lapua Magnum?

Some guy out here is trying to sell 100 for $15.00 and 1000 for $100.00. I mean greed is one thing but to sell primers you have had for a couple of years and mark them up like that. He should rot in HE double LL

I have seen a number of stores in the area getting a good supply of primers in. Hold out they are coming !!!! I agree that some people are trying to gouge others- don't fall for it.

One of our members had posted that Brunos had them about a wk ago. Don't remember what they said they had. There comming back s-l-o-w-l-y. Might check at your small shops esp away from town. They sometimes don't get as much business as the well known places.

"Ace Sporting Goods", a rather large shop on Rt 19 North of Washington Pa., Saturday afternoon Nov 7, had two boxes of 5K each CCI400, and one box of 5K CCI450. Powder shelf is filling up close to normal, even includes Varget now. Extra inventory is kept in basement, so who knows?

The people who have been hoarding primers may be swimming (or drowning) in them soon. I have noticed more availability also-- enough so to wait this situation out. Stay cool.

Graf's just shipped 5000 Fed 210M to me on a 14 May backorder. As backorders like mine are filled, it should mean that more will become routinely available. I have always purchased primers in 5000 lots because I do not like reevaluating my loads when switching lots.

Brunos has 5 different brands of lg. Rifle Match Primers on his shelve as of yesterday.....I bought 5000 Federal match lg. rifle primers from him a couple of days ago.He charged me $48.00 a 1k.I wont be buying from him again.Also he had an entire pallet of I think wolf primers sitting in his receiveing door.

Start checking with all of the sponsors of this site - last I checked Bruno's had Fed.s, Widner's had Wolf and so on.
