Where do I find casing tolerance info?

I asked this question on another thread I posted that has fizzled out over the last few weeks. No responses. Some of you may recall that I had to send my brand new Tikka 6.5CM to Beretta for warranty service because of some serious issues right out of the box. One of the issues was that some Federal Premium ammo with Nosler Accubonds would not chamber.

After taking some more precise caliper measurements over the weekend, I can see that the extractor groove is much tighter on the Federal ammo than with Norma and Hornady. I can easily find on online what the standard dimensions are supposed to be for any given caliber, but can someone tell me where to find acceptable tolerances? If an extractor groove is .002 smaller than the standard, is it still within acceptable spec?

is that information not in the notes on the saami mechanical drawings, or in the 'boilerplate' (prelude) section? sorry i don't have the site or any drawings up in front of me.

Duh! I didn't think about SAAMI. Maybe I'm not reading the schematics correctly, but I am only seeing the official standard and not seeing if there are minimum and/or maximum limits.

Thanks for the info everyone. I found the same drawings yesterday, but I think there must be a typo. In the first image (posted by Uncle Ed), on the top left is the extractor groove dimension that I am concerned about. It shows .055+0.10, but I'm sure that figure is supposed to be +.010. Do I understand correctly that the numbers indicate a minimum dimension of .055 with a maximum dimension of .065 (since .055 + .010 = .065)? If that is the case, then the Federal casing is .002 below minimum spec, which might explain why my rifle's bolt will not chamber that ammo. If the extractor is right at .055, then it would not fit.
