Where do you guys find bullets???

Other than in the classifieds on this forum and others alike where do you guys find bullets? I am looking for some Hornady 6mm 105gr AMAXs and Berger .270 150gr hunting VLD but everywhere I look for them they are sold out! And tips?

Have you thought of trying a different bullet for the .270? Keep an eye on snipers hide for 105amax's.Update,watch powdervalley,recobs reloading,grafs,midway everyday.You might be able to get exactly what you want that way.

I have heard good things about the Berger 150s so I want to give them a try.

Barnes and you can drop weight i your projectile and kill so much better . An impressive pill.

VLD's can be alittle finicky to get to fly correctly.I have one bench rifle that will not shoot them and another that will.

Since the elk hunt is not until next season, I'm simply looking for something that will reach out.

Online I mostly shop with MidwayUSA, Brownells/Sinclair International, Natchez Shooter Supply, and Midsouth Shooters Supply and Cabelas. I keep an eye out and with midway ask to be notified by email when out of stock items arrive. Love that feature on Midway. A few other places I have occasionally shopped or considered are LA Tactical, Amazon (of course), Oakland Tactical, and Primary Arms. Midway, Natchez, and Midsouth are my go to places.

This site supposedly "shops" all the usual sites and shows those that have stock shown in their Online Stores. At least it gives one an idea where to focus their shopping.

I have been looking for a buddy's 6BR as those seem to be the best out of his rifle. Then we found this during our search. The data is a little dated showing July 8th, 2013. Hopefully they will start production again on those... But here is the link:

I believe I have a box or two of Speers in 130 or 150. Have to go and check. By the way, they are deadly on thin skinned animals. No need to go to anything exotic.
Will get back to you on what I have. I quit hunting, and will be selling my .270 FN Mauser made in Belgium as well.
