When is enough, enough?

A few days ago i wrote that i was cleaning out my motorhome storage unit, it also has a loft in it. After two weeks of up and down the ladder i finally have everything on the ground, this includes me still in one piece after 40-50 trips up and down that ladder every day for two weeks and yes my old legs are killing me.

It's amazing what gets taken or just thrown up to the loft in sixteen years of "saving" things, among the other things i found i had collected enough ammo and brass that i will never have to buy any unless i change calibers again, but what are the "chances" of that happening again, right?

You don't realize what "you've" done until you start looking for something, or decide it's time to "clean things up" a bit. Then, it's "why did I keep this" ? LOL

Hear, hear.

Of the many experiences I've had in a lifetime of trying, I only have a few photographs, "souvenirs" and written records. While I certainly do need to get to a "spring cleaning," this year, there's only a bit of clutter and no storage units. Most of what I have is the scars, aches & pains, and a trail of worn out gear, cars, etc. I'm okay with that. There are worse things.

Now, where did I set those plans for the built-in storage additions at the house ...

Well if you didn't suffer any mechanical damage you are now in a good place to keep in shape. As we age we need MORE exercise to stay fit than when we were younger. Mostly because we can't go as hard as we once could without hurting something.

I picked up a new chambering a couple of years ago after trying to cut back to just a handful. I bought a Martini Cadet that was supposed to be .310 Cadet. Turned out to be 357 Magnum. I now have another long gun and a Contender pistol barrel in 357, but love them now that I'm able to reload them. So you're never too old to learn new tricks.
