I go to a private range where you police your brass and either keep it or throw it in a barrel. Works well and the owner sells it for scrap. Not a lot of money but it helps.
Battery grinder gets them all. Big spark show though after dark.You'll be amazed how annoyingly hard it is to cut 1/8" cable without the right cutters lol.
Confused? Are the hammers and chisel for the head of the offenders or something softer as in the cable2 big hammers and a sharp chisel. One hammer to use as an anvil .cuts a cable like butter.
It's state property in one of the national forests, the ranger I talked to a out it said no one would care.Question #1: Who owns the property the range is on? If it's not yours, you have no rights to place the collection buckets there.
