What's it worth to you ?

Loren,
Just courser up or down on this page and look on the right hand side of page there will be a orange Button with blue writing that says Donate with 5 different credit cards under the button, click on it and follow the easy to use instructions, take care and give me a p.m with a update on your rotary phase converter please and thanks.

bozo699 I love it when someone can help out and make things even simpler !!!!! I Missed the easiest donate place out of all of them - - - THANK YOU . Part of the "donation problem" may be that the ways to donate are all over . When I wanted to donate the first time I couldn't find out where to look , and just like now it's right in front of me OR " the side of me" as this case may be . Thank you.

gtl1946,
You know the old saying,.......it's so easy a caveman can do it :) ;D :D just kidding around a little, all the donations I am sure are really appreciated by the forum Boss and the other administrators and Moderators, most of us just enjoy the site ( me mostly :D) we click on and off as we please but those guy's have a almost thankless job and that's what it must be trying to keep this ever growing site going and improving, I can't imagine what the cost must be but I guarantee it's a bunch!! I am just a average user that really enjoys the site for all that it has to offer, that's why I donate and encourage others to do the same, it's far above the best magazine out there. There are always those that give and those that will not and those that really can not give, those people don't need to be reminded but there are plenty of us out there that will and are glad too, but just need a little reminder from time to time (like me!!) I go two or three months and then see a thread like this or someone will just say something and a light comes on,...it's time to donate! and other guy's just go yea I want to donate to, I am starting to see a lot of newbies donate and I think that is really great. I like these reminder threads and posts to joggle my brain and then I try to participate when I can to help where I can to help keep this great site running, thanks to all of you that have donated and to those who are going to :)
Wayne.

Thank you for reminding me of what I have not done for this site. It's a pleasure to do business with all of you and with out this site I would know none of you... Thank you for this great opportunity to learn, thank you all at ACCURATE SHOOTERS.COM

I've kind of made it a personal policy, every time I sell something on here I donate part of the proceeds...
mdavis,
That is exactly what I do, good policy my friend and thanks ;)

Page three,
I agree with dogdude, however many people buy a lot of little things also, for them type of buyers just keep a mental note and every once on a while send in your donation, that is exactly how I do it and even with a decent size donation I am still way ahead of the game, I belong to many gun forums and the classifieds on this forum are unsurpassed, there simply the best and the easiest to use period!
Wayne.

Here is an idea. Each time we respond to a post from a non-contributing member, sign off with a line such as: "I noticed you have not made a donation to this great website. I urge you to click on the Donate button on the bottom of the page and become a site contributor. Thanks for your support."
Scott

If I don't post this, whole thing will get shoved to the back of all the threads and lost . Stick with me folks---there are still 1000's who have not contributed to the running of this site . I know that times are though but 1000's are way too many . Doubt me? Go to the membership pages .

I very much enjoy and sincerely appreciate this site. I made a small donation via paypal this past weekend and will try to donate some periodically. The knowledge gained is worth a lot to me. Thanks for everything management and all members of this site do!

Hahaha, see? That's why I suggested it. I found it just fine before I posted last time. But it isn't where I'd think to look. Point was that it all about getting those bits of financial help, every bit of making it simple will help.

Got an interesting perspective on the value of our Classifieds yesterday. An older gent from Tennessee, who recently joined our forum, was having trouble posting his ad (I had to teach him how to resize images before posting). During our conversation, he asked:

"So... how does this advertising work... do you guys take 1% or 2% or something on the sale?"

I replied: "No, it's FREE."

He, apparently a bit hard of hearing, said "Oh it's three percent?"

Repeating myself, I said: "No, sir, it's FREE. FREE as in no charge."

The old fella then said: "Oh, so there's no charge up front?"

I added: "Sir, there's no charge EVER."

He then said: "My goodness, that's a much better deal than Gunbroker."

I responded: "Yes it is. We can do that because some guys will kick in a few bucks if they sell an expensive item or two."

He then said: "Well that seems fair. How do I send you something if my rifle sells?

I explained: "See the little orange button on the right labeled 'Donate'? Just click on that and follow the instructions."
