What would you use for ammo?

What distance are you shooting? I shot 50ft 4-position for about 30 years. My rifle is a 40X International Free Rifle with Lyman 20 power super target spot with 2oz trigger. I found that it would shoot almost anything I fed it. I tried RWS, Ely, orange, black, ten x, Lapua. I settled on Winchester Expert 22 hollow point. It was cheap, shot within a couple thousandths of the RWS, and was CHEAP!!!! At longer ranges the Good stuff was better.

Another position rifle shooter here as well as High power national match course. Went benchrest because, like to shoot, enjoy the company, and I can't get in or out of the positions any more. Also a pretty good pistol shot as well. ( old age sucks) competition shooter since the 70's.
