What would you build on a spare Rem 30-06 action for moose

If he has a 30-06 already, just load it up with Partitions and get hunting. No need for anything fancier or bigger.

However, if he just needs an excuse to build something else, I'd go 338-06 loaded with 210 grain Partitions.

I had a 338-06 built years ago, and like it a lot.
