what to do with browning abolt 308?

i am looking to make a long range gun, wanting to keep it a 3o8 since i already have brass, bullets, and tons of powder for it already. was wondering how much work is to go into the action, i haven't really seen many custom brownings so maybe this would be something cool...
i'm wanting to shoot something along the line of 155 gr-175 gr bullets
gun is an older composite stalker with boss,, shot probably 500-600 times.

Not too many Brownings running around in the BR world. Never heard anybody say why. Bill
