Go small. 90gn class of 22 are REALLY capable to 1000yd. 22 Grendel with 90gn would be my suggestion since a 22BR can be tricky to feed from a magazine.

@linebaugh shot a 221 fireball improved with 75 eld in PRS with good results. If that sounds silly to you, then ponder that you get almost 400 rounds out of a single pound of powder and very little barrel heat.

Had a 22 Creed, barrel life was a big concern.
I know the 22 bra and such would be easier on barrel life.
You have to twist those long skinny bullets with a fast twist and keep the FPS up
or they don't stabilize. So I'm not gaining much, at all over a 6mm and larger.

Already have a couple of BR rifles, looking to build another tactical rifle for mostly 600 yds. but will take it long once in awhile.
What are the most accurate calibers for the 600 yds. range?
I have a 6BRA already, looking for something else.
