What Stock is This?

After moving to another locale, I found the stock shown below when unpacking stuff. I forgot I had it! It appears to fit on a carbine buffer tube for an AR style rifle or maybe a chassis gun. I've no idea, and see no identifying marks on it all, unless I start taking things apart. I have a use for it, but would like to know who made it.

picture where it would attach to the rest of the stock would help... with out that i might say it looks like an after market but stock to a howa axiom my 2 cents.. pb more like one...

The riser feels like metal. Probably aluminum. It is cold feeling. The rest of it is a hard plastic type material, like Delrin, Rubber shoulder pad. Weighs 1 lb, 1 oz. 482 grams.

I was wrong. It's the butt pad that's too low.

I have never mounted it or adjusted anything except LOP, since it came to me.
