One more "What is This" request!

Hello all,

The forum has been awesome in identifying items for me in the past, and I'm hoping you all can point me in the right direction one more time.

Do any of you know what this is?

I'm assuming it is a headspace gauge of some sort but it has no markings. It was in a box of reloading items I picked up from an old bench rest shooter years ago.

The diameter is .404". Overall length is 1.373", and the best I can measure it is somewhere between 1.03 and 1.08 from the base to what appears to be the case rim.

Quick Google search for "Lee loader flaring" brings up several pictures of different caliber examples of this. I appreciate the response.
