i talked to him and he said that he used another gentlemans primal rights for testing (gentleman was present during his test), and he said knows of other people that have the same issue he did.I believe that he used the same lot of brass for testing all tools.

I did just that, just high enough to clear but still low enough to adjust if needed. Thanks.mine doesn't, just adjust the die up a little...
better than $700 primal rights unit that does the same exact thing lolPoorman's PCPS Precision Priming die
this thing is sweet . yes it was $200. that part still hurts
what ?? i thought it was $600! win win for me. now if i can just unload the other primer putteriners i will never use againbetter than $700 primal rights unit that does the same exact thing lol
i do wish the recess the brass sets into was deeper.... hours latter ... i do have a lathe ,oh the wheels are turning nowthis is the tool I chose, there are several on the market that will do a good job. I was amazed how much variance there was in my priming depth, I have loaded on a bench priming tool for 20 years, and always felt it hit bottom, or so I thought, and after putting them into a box, I would feel that all primers were below the case head. and they were. As the measuring tool proved, my feel sucks!!!
I'm curious how many people that seat by feel, which would be pressure not depth, if they had a good tool and measured they might be amazed as I was.
Ignorance was bliss in my case.
Or a $30 Lee that also does the same thingbetter than $700 primal rights unit that does the same exact thing lol
one more left (brand new)for anyone interested I will probably be parting with my pcps(s), i love them, but no different than the primal rights tool that i already have, and this point im just kinda used to using it. shoot me a pm if you are interested.

I have the K&N, the Primal Rights and the C21. I think it depends on what you want for accuracy vs speed and ergonomics. In my opinion, the K&N is most accurate but not too comfortable to use. The PR is fastest, but not as accurate. The C21 is slower than a PR but more accurate and comfortable. Boyd Allen mentions the Sinclair unit with the screw down top and is probably extremely accurate and looks very ergonomic, but I don't own one. I use the C21 and it is my favorite.Want to upgrade from a RCBS Bench mounted tool. Learned to cry once and get the best you can get. What do you use and why??.
Thanks
they work, i tried it with my cheytacFor those shell holder-calibers not offered by Derraco, does anyone know if the Sinclair International precision shell holders (Lee-footprint) will fit the PCPS?
