...are temp stable, will meter well in a Dillon 550C powder measure, that would work for 223?

The other thread gave temp stability, but no indication if stick or ball powders. Ball powders metre better for me in the 550C
 
Photo link Of Benchmark & H332, stick powders. . A ball powder may flow better then these stick powder, but are temperature sensitive.

Hodgdon's Extreme line, IMR's Enduro powders and Alliant's new Reloder 23 and 26 are all designed to have virtually no pressure fluctuation in a range of temperatures.

Alliant's AR-COMP is another for 223.

Best compromise would be TAC in my opinion. Meters like water, temp stable enough for the military . I developed loads for my AR's at 70F and shot them as low as the 30's up to high 90's. Now I am not very good with a AR so accuracy is questionable, 1.5 MOA on a good day with me behind the trigger, but the rifle went bang not boom and it cycled OK
 
I use TAC in my .223/5.56.... you can download their loading manual for free from them but start low and work up some of their 5.56 data seems a little hot to me... I wouldn't load it without using new brass... But that's on their upper end.... 24.5 or 25gr seems to be were I like it...

I got a good load for 69 SMKs and CFE223....

but theytell me CFE 223 is very temp sensitive,

Since this will be a 300 yd max fun gun (not comps) and I developed the load at 75 deg, And prolly won't shoot it below 45 deg or above 90 deg..... I'm thinking I'll be good.

Still....

My CFE load with 68 Hornaday bthp I run out to 600 on steel. During 90+ degrees with the heat index over 100 I gain elevation. No pressure issues but it will definitely climb out the top a bit. Paper has proventhis to me. Very good accuracy.

Load a lot of 55gr BTHP Hornady for my B.B. gun friends . :D The load I've found works in almost any AR is : 25gr of Benchmark . Think it's a 2.800 OAL , or what Mag length is . Very universal load for a lot of different AR's .

"They" say all kinds of stuff. When I was shooting 223, I used a lot of CFE223. Never noticed anything untoward (though I'm also in the SF Bay Area, which doesn't typically get huge temp differentials...)

Best source of info is you (having tried it.)

Do a web search for a "powder burn rate chart" and a "powder temp sensitivity chart" and pick one that [you can get, and] meets your criteria.
