Temperature Stability: Is there an official standard?

Does anyone have a link to a comprehensive list of velocity/temperature values for all the different powders?
Here is a chart that I came across and saved. The advertised temp stable powders do line up as the chart indicates. I do not know the source that developed this chart however so use with discretion.

There was a good article in the NRA Shooting mag a few years where several sensitive vs stable powders were tested throughout the seasons in an assortment of cartridges. A major takeaway was it depended on the cartridge! I recall because my favorite cfe223 was as stable as varget in the 223, which reflected my informal observations.

One FPS per degree f is really quite outstanding. There are some powders like reloader 15 that are closer to 8 or 10 FPS per f degree.
I beg to differ, there is no powder we use in competitive shooting that varies 8-10fps per degree change, and I have tested this many times with RL-15 which shoots incredibly accurately from 30F-100F. The plot is not linear across the entire temp range but at no point does the slope of the line get any greater than 2fps per degree F of temp change. Why would you even state such ridiculousness when you’d know it wasn’t true if you tested it yourself. Find me one other credible shooter/reloader on this site that agrees with false info you printed above and I’ll take back every word I said.

You are correct I misspoke from memory. It was 2 fps per degree f.
