What next???

I need some suggestions on what you guys think. I have a .223 that I target shoot and ground hog hunt with. I also reload for the .223. I was thinking what should I try next? I want a little more distance range for ground hog hunting and a good accurate round that I can reload.

The 22-250 is a natural "next step".

I agree 100% but I did forget to mention one thing. I do shoot a good amount so from what I have read the 22-250 is a barrel burner.

22-250 can be a burner. I have 3 and 1 AI. They shoot great. My longest p-dog is 669 yds. I got two in a row at that hole. Still working on a 1000 yd'r
Buy a good barrel and don't load it as hot. You'll put a couple thousand rounds down it easy.
I'm right at 2000 rds thru my AI. One of my 22-250 bought used probably close to 4000 by now. Thinking of getting it looked at.
