For bench rest it has to be some type of sand according to the rules. So do most of you use zircon which is the heaviest but most expensive or chromite which is close in weight but cheaper?

Maybe not in IBS but I shoot F-class and it's not addressed in the rule book.

It's an ongoing joke around here because I do a lot of sand blasting with silica sand still.
