What is your favorite

One favorite? Who are these people? I've come full circle in the past few years and now the guns that I moved to the back of the safe (and got bored with) are now up front and center because I've taken to loading subsonic rounds for everything to play around with suppressors. My favorites lately have been both the suppressed 450 bushmaster followed by a real close second being the 9mm. 405 grain bullet with 11 grains of powder and a 147 gn with only 3-1/2 grains ; ) Both shoot super good with groups at an inch or under @50 yards. So much fun!! Oh, and I shoot my PCP air rifle almost every single day. These have brought the "fun" back to shooting for me. I really like to tinker and now I can.

Caliber? I have many 22, 6.5, 7mm, 35, 40, 45 and 54 but my all time favorite is the 22 cal. For what ever reason I like that one the most, have the most cartridges and rifles. What say you?
To what the OP said and asked.
He states 22 cal is his favorite. I like .22lr. .223, 22-250, you get the idea.
I know as intellectual human beings that we can figure out what the OP is asking, but nowhere does White Eagle say anything about only owning 1, matter of fact he mentions having multiples.
So, I believe the encouragement here is to have more than 1. I like that.

Limit yourself to ONE? This is America, and thank God for that!!!! Are you experimenting with hallucinogenic drugs? What would make such a question come to your mind? One Caliber?? you have scared me out of a years life, shame on you.
go ahead and re-read the post
take your time and stay away from the booze

Yea I read the post right the first time. I like them all. Why would i like one anymore than the rest? Sure 22s are fun, hit steel at 600 or 1000, not enough energy to know if you hit it or not. Hit steel with a 300 smk you definitely know you have hit it. Do you love one child more than the rest? don't be so narrow minded learn diversity. Love them all.

Do we have to answer the one child over the rest question? BAHAHAHA

what shooting at 600, 1000 15000 have to do with a favorited caliber
absolutize nothing all you want to do is brag on your supposed shooting ability
no impressed when you can't even answer a simple question without getting all inclusive
give me a break

Because I shoot at 600 and 1000 does not mean i am bragging. I never could be that @#$% lawyer from Tampa with the 7RUM. I have fun with it and all the calibers I shoot, or I would never have gone to the trouble to own that chambering or the dies and bullets. I really don't see why you are being so adversarial about this. I thought I had a different out look on your theme. Give you a break, I would love to but what you need is a sense of humor. Is it some kind of forum rule that I can't disagree with what you posted. But I really didn't intend to disagree just have a different view about the same thing. I am truly sorry you are so disappointed with my post. How can i make it up to you? I could mail you a box of cracker jacks, or some thing to make you feel better?

Just set up a new to me 222 mag....Shilen barrel.......Salvage s/shot

Vortex Strike Eagle 4-24x50

Let ya know iffin works better than the 223 AI.....20-222

Although the Ruger PC9 is about as much fun as you can have with your clothes on

If you think that's fun, put a "can" on it!! : )

My needs are different than most here, our location is heavily forrested so any real shots are fairly close, 100 yards or so. Had a recent bout with the chest crackers, that combo has left me with smaller case capacity 243 to 224 barrels, of light weight. Been working with ARs and the AR magazine length in the 6mm Mongoose (223 necked up, 40 degree shoulder, neck shortened by .050 and body blown out, 32 grains water). An interesting process, to keep accuracy up, penetration up, velocity up, and recoil down. Oh, a little stuff in the game, also have no penetration with some bullets, so the bullet explodes in a coyote.

My cousin was quite the Romeo/womanizer when we growing up, he was notorious for it even. We graduated in 1985, he never really talked about those days, probably didn’t want his 7 daughters to hear all about it. A couple years ago he was in the truck with me and my wife. My wife to school with us and knew all about Pete’s history and she asked him “out of all the woman you dated and went out with, which one did you enjoy/love the most.” Cousin Pete took this question seriously and started to ponder, it took him a couple minutes to answer and we he did he said “you know Shannon, I loved them all“, followed by a Texas sized smile. That’s the same answer I’ll give the OP on this one, I enjoy them all.

Nice to see the correct use of caliber and cartridge. Not a big deal I know but I like it when they are used correctly if there is such a thing.

I'd say right now 20 caliber is fun, cuz I'm working on my sage-rat killin' 20 Vartarg loads, plus I have a 20 Practical which is excellent for longer range with a 40 grain. The low recoil and accuracy is a plus. I have to bracket those with 17 and 22, as they are both in the same playground. If my mail focus was not sage rats and varmints, then my answer would be different. I have to say I just got a 222 Rem, actually picking it up tomorrow, so that might become my new favorite, too soon to tell.
