What is Best Way to Lower ES and SD?

a newbie here but what I have seen is it is finding the right the combination of of primer/powder and bullet and developing consistent recoil management. I proved to myself how much the recoil management came into play this last spring. For years now I uses a sweatshirt even in 100 degree temps when shooting, a habit I developed when shooting .308's. I took it off one hot day and my groups went to heck, put it back on and they tightened back up. Coincidence, but taking that sweatshirt off changed my position and how tight I was holding the rifle against my shoulder. Now that sweatshirt goes on anytime I am shooting prone with the butt against my shoulder even with my 6BR. Free recoil off a bench I don't bother.

You've improved MV variation by sorting bullets? Sorting 'pressure ring' diameter or weight/OAL? I've not heard of that; edumucate me Dusty.
Well different weights go different speeds, different pressure ring diameter affects pressure- which affects speed, different ojive lengths will affect seating depth which affects starting pressure which affects speed. Nothing about sorting bullets doesnt affect it.

Gotcha.
