What happened to the old Lee Auto Prime?

The other day I broke the handle on my old style Lee Auto Prime. I went to order a new one and I am finding that the original style has been discontinued. Is this right? If so, why, how long ago? I went ahead and ordered a Lee Auto XL, but I am not happy about it.

I think the new one is better. However, if you called around, you may still find the old ones in stock.

I think once you get used to your new Lee you will like it, you have to hold it a certian way or it won't work right,once you get that in your head it works good, it still has a handle on it built for a small women's hand same as the old one. I am going to order a 21st century primer seater when I do I may have a extra old style Lee I could let go of, pm me if your not satisfied with the new one.

check your box - my Lee auto prime box says it has a life time warrenty - return it to them and they will repair or replace free.

I would call Lee, their customer service is usually great.
